Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iOS Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → tap Kairos+ → Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of the current period. Apple handles all subscription billing, so the cancel button lives there rather than inside Kairos.
I subscribed, but Plus features aren’t showing.
Open Kairos → You → Restore purchases. That asks Apple for the latest receipt and re-syncs your entitlement. If it’s still missing after a restore, email us with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date and we’ll dig in.
How do I delete my account?
Open Kairos → You → Data & Privacy → Delete account. That removes your auth user and cascades through every table — profile, journal entries, daily picks, push tokens. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.
My morning push isn’t arriving.
Three things to check, in order:
- iOS Settings → Notifications → Kairos→ make sure “Allow Notifications” is on.
- Inside Kairos → You → Morning verse→ confirm a time is set. If it shows “Off,” tap to set one.
- Force-quit and reopen Kairos. The first launch after notifications permission re-registers your push token.

I want a refund.
Apple processes all refunds. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you’d like us to advocate for you (we sometimes can), email us with your purchase date and the reason.
